How do I get a quotation?
Please contact our office on 0800 45 49 53, or send us an email (click here) with some brief details & one of our staff will contact you to arrange a suitable time for us to visit your property, to discuss the move & provide a quote. Alternatively for a quick response please (click here) for our 'easy to use' Contents of Home Form, which you can complete at a convenient time.

How do I get a copy of your Terms & Conditions?
Please click here, please note our terms are fair, tested & approved and are based on best BAR & Insurance Industry Standards.

Do you do the packing?
You choose, we can do as much or as little as you require. We can pack & unpack, or we can deliver all the packing materials that you will need before Moving Day, allowing you enough time if you want to do your own packing.

What happens about Insurance cover?
Our quotation will include cover up to £50,000, subject to your Declaration of Contents Value. If you value your contents to be over that figure then you must declare that value amount to us before we provide a quote, to ensure that the right cover is put in place. We also advise that you check your current Home Contents Insurance Policy at the same time. Click here for our Summary of Insurance cover.

Do you go outside London?
Yes we do, we are moving people from London all over the UK and into Europe.

How much notice do I need to give?
We operate a First come first served policy. If you are happy with our quote then as soon as you have a confirmed moving date please book your removal in with us. Once you have confirmed your booking by paying a Deposit, you can then rest assured. Unfortunately if you leave it very late before booking we might not be able to help on those specific dates, although of course sometimes we can help at very short notice.

Are there discounts for long term storage?
Yes we provide a range of discounts that depend on the length of stay, the size of the unit, or whether we are providing other services as well etc. For example Customers who use our Removal Services also qualify for a discount should they find out that they need storage as well.

How do you calculate your removal charges?
We treat every quote whether it's an Office Move or a Home Move individually. Our prices will reflect the specific requirements for that customers move. It will depend on what resources we need to carry out a smooth move, so it depends on:
  • What size of vehicle is needed
  • The size of the team needed to safely carry out the move
  • How many packing materials will be used
  • Where you are moving to
  • If there are any other special requirements
What is included in a quotation?
Every move has its own difference or special needs, so we customise the quotation to suit your homes unique requirements. You can then choose what you want us to do, i.e. packing & unpacking, or you will pack yourself etc.

The complete service options available will include prices for:

Packaging Materials: includes Cartons & Boxes; Bubble Wrap; Tape; Wrap Paper; Wardrobe Boxes; Mattress & Sofa Covers.

Full Packing Service: This is often done the day before the move. We get everything packed up and ready for Moving Day.

Full Removal Service: Dismantling all items, beds, wardrobes etc; take items off walls & ceilings such as bookshelves and chandeliers.

Full Unpacking Service: This is usually completed the day after moving, we unpack all the items and we remove any waste or rubbish.

What is Managed Storage and how is it different to Self Storage?
Managed Storage is where we do all the work for you. A lot of people are far too busy to deal with running a storage unit as well. We move items in and out of your storage unit as required and we keep an up to date Inventory of all items. Every Managed Storage client has their own unit. All units at our premises are fully protected, and we never mix different clients goods up in the same unit.

Will my goods be safe in your storage area?
24/7 Security, every day of the year, providing complete around the clock protection. We have CCTV, and extra protection with a Perimeter Beaming System Alarm, there are randomly timed Security Foot Patrols - 24/7. All individual storage units have their own unique security password and All site visitors must report on arrival at Security Barrier & then provide us with ‘authority to access’ ID.

How do I pay for my removals and/or storage?

We accept payment from most debit & credit cards; or you can pay by BACS direct to our account; or you can pay by cheque. Storage invoices are normally issued every calendar month, unless you have chosen a different billing period. For our commercial clients we can provide a comprehensive monthly account system, for all the services supplied during that period.
